| 2. | Work with your 203k qualified realtor to find your diamond in the rough. They will also help coordinate an inspection to help you determine the repairs and improvements you'd like to make to your home. If you don't have one or are unsure, we can help here too. Here's a great starting point in the meantime. |
| 3. | Work with Contractor to put numbers on paper. It's highly recommended they be familiar with the 203k process. We can provide names of contractors we've worked with in the past. |
| 4. | Your lender then packages your renovation bids, financial documents and processes your FHA 203k loan, allowing you to complete the purchase and begin renovation of your new home. |
