GETTING STARTED IS SIMPLE
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4

It's important to work with a group of professionals that understand and are passionate about the 203k process.  The program has been around for decades, but most people either aren't aware of it or are afraid of it, because they don't understand how to make the process simple.

That's where we come in.  We help facilitate the process by putting all the pieces together to make it nice and simple for you.

There is no cost or obligation from to you contact us to learn more or to take advantage of this tremendous home ownership opportunity.

1. See how much you qualify for and
get approved from an FHA Approved
Lender experienced working with
203k loans.  If you're unsure, we can put you in contact with highly reputable lenders we've previously worked with.  A good start is to see how much you can afford.  FHA has a website to help or click here to contact us.
2. Work with your 203k qualified realtor to find your diamond in the rough.  They will also help coordinate an inspection to help you determine the repairs and improvements you'd like to make to your home.  If you don't have one or are unsure, we can help here too.  Here's a great starting point in the meantime.
3. Work with Contractor to put numbers on paper.  It's highly recommended they be familiar with the 203k process.  We can provide names of contractors we've worked with in the past.
4. Your lender then packages your renovation bids, financial documents and processes your FHA 203k loan, allowing you to complete the purchase and begin renovation of your new home.
